The most common question I get from the internet is: “Is it possible to live a life without any regret?” I think this question is really good, because regret is a part of life, but it is a part of life that can sometimes make you feel lost and lonely.

I’m afraid people often mistake regret with regret in the sense that you can’t get away from it. For me, regret is the loss of a certain state of mind, feeling, or emotion. There are a few ways you can get out of your rut, but before you do, you need to know what your rut is and what you want to change about it. It is important that you identify the rut that you are in, and what you want to change about it.

Karma is the opposite of what happens when we decide to do something. We create the rut we are in, not the rut we want to be in. We can change our rut, but we can’t change our rut if we aren’t in it. There are two ways you can change your rut: die, or choose not to be in it. Death is the easiest. You die and it’s over. You choose your rut.
